Customer Service

Our Club accommodates over 1000 young professionals in our 170+ London locations.

We are looking for a customer service representative to join our property management team; solving both technical and practical situations related to our 1000+ club members.

Experience is not essential but we are looking for smart people with a firm personality as eventually you will have to deal with complicated situations.

You may have previous secretarial, administration, customer service or lettings negotiator experience.

You will need to have the ability of negotiate and find solutions. Interpersonal and problem solving capabilities are essential.

Essential skills:

-Excellent attention to detail

-Excellent communication skills

-Strong organizational skills

-Strong Negotiation skills

-Natural and professional phone manner

-Fluent spoken/written English is a MUST, while fluency in any other European language is an advantage.
