This is an office-based job, you are not required to carry out viewings.

From our office in Angel you will be letting our rooms to young professionals and students from all over the world.

Most of our rentals are carried out without physical viewings mainly due to the fact that we operate as an accommodation club offering unlimited relocations.

The ideal candidates will have a keen ability to market a property online through various platforms, develop a solid rapport with our potential clients, find the ideal property within our portfolio to suit the clients needs and convert that deal into a close; quickly and efficiently.

Industry experience is desirable although not essential. Ongoing training and support will be provided.

We provide an excellent remuneration package with a basic salary and a great commission structure. Our top dogs go home with over 3k month after month. Career opportunities available to exceptional individuals.

Our platform provides a secure and hassle free market place for landlords and tenants; where we guarantee verified listings/properties and provide landlords with solid offers from verified tenants.
Although we haven’t formally launched, our existing team has let over 400 rooms during the first 3 months of 2018 and we are looking to increase capacity considerably under a very profitable revenue sharing arrangement.
Salary starts at £1200 basic + commission of around £100 for each room let. After month 3, you will be able to join the senior lettings team where revenue sharing deals can get you up to £500 a day and give you the opportunity to build your own team.

Your role will involve working alongside our solicitor and senior barrister. During the course of your internship, we expect you to develop the capability of providing commercially relevant and astute legal advice to the company. You will be expected to participate and assist in the company's different projects as directed, including the administration and resolution of legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a dynamic personality and a strong background in legal research.

Skills/experience required:

• Recently Graduated / Qualified Solicitor in the United Kingdom (preferably with prior experience).

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
